These terms govern your use of bgalz.com and any order you place through it. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who you are contracting with
bgalz.com is operated by BGalz (Wyoming LLC), whose current business address is 1500 N Grant St, Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, United States. Contact: support@bgalz.com, +1 859-555-5321.
BGalz operates this website only. We do not run any other storefront, and any site selling under our name elsewhere is not affiliated with us.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Orders can only be delivered to addresses in the United States.
3. Products and descriptions
We are a reseller of household and everyday goods manufactured by third parties, across fourteen departments: Christmas Decor, Home & Cleaning, Kitchen & Dining, Lighting & Lamps, Health & Personal Care, Electronics & Security, Pet Supplies, Outdoor & Garden, Car & Travel, Sports & Fitness, Office & Desk, Clothing & Shoes, Kids & Toys and Tools & DIY. Each listing names the manufacturer where the item carries one, and identifies it by a part number or our own stock code. These are not branded retail lines and most do not carry a retail barcode.
We describe products as accurately as we can, using specification data supplied by the manufacturer alongside our own copy. Colours vary between screens; a shade that differs from your monitor is not a fault, though it is a valid reason for a change-of-mind return. Where a product image comes from the manufacturer’s catalogue rather than our own photography, the listing says so.
Intended use. Everything we sell is supplied for ordinary domestic use by a consumer. Nothing on this site is supplied for commercial, professional, industrial, clinical, automotive-safety or load-bearing use, or for any purpose the manufacturer’s own instructions do not cover. The instruction leaflet supplied with an item governs how it is to be used; where a listing and the leaflet differ, the leaflet applies.
Health and personal care. No product sold here is a medical device. Nothing we sell is cleared or approved by the FDA, prescribed, or supplied to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Where a manufacturer’s product name contains a word such as “therapy”, “treatment”, “relief” or “support”, that word describes the category of object and the sensation it is designed to produce, and is not a claim of medical effect. LED face masks, massagers, heated styling tools and nail lamps must be used only as their instructions describe.
Cameras. Cameras, including dash cams and app-connected cameras, are sold for lawful use on your own property, in your own vehicle and with your own belongings. Laws on recording — particularly audio recording — differ from state to state, and complying with the law that applies to you is your responsibility, not ours. We do not supply these products for covert surveillance of people, and using one to record a person without the authority to do so may be a criminal offence.
Children’s products. Age markings on packaging are safety markings and must be followed. Magnetic building tiles must be used within the age marking on the packaging, and any tile that cracks must be thrown away: swallowed magnets cause serious internal injury.
Electrical goods. Items are specified for the United States mains supply at 120 V, 60 Hz with a US plug. Indoor-rated items are for indoor use; where an item is rated for outdoor or wet conditions, that rating is stated in its specification.

Where we sell an item that resembles a well-known brand’s product, the listing states the actual manufacturer and does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with that brand.
4. Prices and currency
All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is shown separately before you confirm payment. There is no import duty and no sales tax added at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item was listed at an obviously wrong price and you have already ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and either honour the order, offer the corrected price, or cancel and refund in full. We will not silently ship a different price than the one you agreed to.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not accept the offer; the contract forms when we dispatch the goods and send a tracking number.
We may decline an order where the item is out of stock, the delivery address is a PO box, an APO/FPO address or a known freight forwarder, the payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud. A declined order is refunded in full within one business day.
6. Payment
We accept PayPal and Visa. The full amount is captured at the time of order. We never store card numbers. See Payment Methods.
7. Shipping and delivery
Orders ship from our warehouse in Tempe, Arizona. Every order is a domestic US shipment. Handling is 1 business day. Transit is 4 to 7 business days on our standard service (USPS) or 1 to 3 business days on express (FedEx), whichever you choose at checkout.
Standard shipping costs $5.00 and is free on any order of three items or more, or on any merchandise subtotal of $100.00 or more. Express costs $15.00 on any order.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather or carrier disruption, but we will trace, reship or refund as set out on the Shipping & Delivery page.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, not on dispatch. A parcel lost in transit is our problem.
8. Returns
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In summary: 30 days from delivery, by mail with an RMA, no restocking fee, and we pay return postage when the fault is ours. A safety fault is not subject to the 30-day window – see Product Safety & Responsible Use.
9. Intellectual property
The BGalz name, site design, original photography and written product copy are ours. Manufacturer product images and specification data remain the property of their respective owners and are used to describe goods offered for sale.
You may not scrape, republish or resell our catalogue content.
10. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
11. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to place fraudulent orders, or to harvest data about other users. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe any of these are happening.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States. Disputes are subject to the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer law of the state you live in.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes are noted by the “last updated” date above.
