Every order is packed at our warehouse in Tempe, Arizona and sent tracked with USPS or FedEx. It is a domestic parcel, so there is no customs charge or import duty.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping with USPS is $5, and it is free in two ways: put any 3 items or more in your bag, or spend $100 or more. Express with FedEx is $15 on any order; the free rule applies to standard only.
How long will my order take?
Standard takes 5 to 8 business days door to door, Express 2 to 4 business days. Both include 1 business day of handling at the warehouse before the parcel moves, and both are tracked.
Where does my order ship from?
From our fulfilment warehouse in Tempe, Arizona. Every order is a domestic US shipment, so there is no customs charge, no import duty and nothing to pay on delivery.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day it is delivered to start a return, and there is never a restocking fee. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what we described, we pay the return postage; if you changed your mind, you pay it.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. We deliver to street addresses in the United States only, and cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or freight forwarders.
Are these branded products?
No. We buy factory-direct and sell unbranded goods under our own stock code, so most items have no retail barcode. Nothing we stock carries another company's logo.
