Please do not send returns to this address. It is an office, not a warehouse. Returns go to the address printed on the RMA email we send you once your return is approved – see the Return & Refund Policy. Anything posted to the Tempe office without an RMA cannot be processed or refunded.
Where orders ship from
Stock is held and dispatched from our fulfilment warehouse in Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong SAR, not from Tempe. We pick and pack in 3 business days. After that it is 12 to 19 business days in transit on standard (USPS), or 2 to 5 business days on express (FedEx). The Shipping & Delivery page has the full breakdown, including how the 10% US import duty is collected.

Email is the fastest route and gives us the order number in writing. Please include:
- Your order number, if the message is about an existing order

Response times, honestly
One business day is our standard, and we hit it on almost every message. The two times it slips are the week after a public holiday and the first week of a seasonal sale. If you have not heard back within two business days, reply to your own email so the thread comes back to the top of the queue rather than starting a new one.
