BGalz is an online-only clothing retailer. We sell plain clothing two ways: blanks made to order for us by a print partner, and finished garments bought direct from the mills that cut them. Both are held in a single warehouse and shipped direct to customers in the United States. That is the whole business – there is no second brand, no parent company and no other storefront selling the same stock under a different name.
Where we are, and where your parcel is
Those two answers are different, and we would rather say so up front than have you find out from a customs form.
Our business address – the current one, the one on our invoices and the one you should use for written correspondence – is 2333 E Southern Ave UNIT 1065, Tempe, AZ 85282, United States. It is an office. There is no shop floor, no stockroom and no counter to collect an order from, so please do not travel there expecting to buy or return anything in person.
Our stock sits in a bonded fulfilment warehouse in Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong SAR. Every order on this site is picked, packed and flown from there. That is why our delivery estimate is 5 to 8 business days rather than the two-day window a domestic warehouse could promise, and it is why a US import duty line appears at checkout. We collect that duty up front and pay it on your behalf, so the courier never asks you for money at the door.
What we sell
Womenswear, menswear and kidswear. Dresses, blouses and knitwear; shirting, tees and hoodies; denim, chinos, skirts and shorts; activewear, swimwear and sleepwear. The catalogue is deliberately broad rather than deep – we would rather carry one good version of forty things than forty versions of one thing.
We are a reseller, not a manufacturer. We do not design, cut or sew anything ourselves. Made-to-order blanks name the mill that makes them and carry that mill’s own part number in the Specifications tab. Factory-direct goods arrive unbranded, so they are sold under our own label with our own stock code. Neither has a retail barcode, and the Specifications tab says so on the listing rather than leaving the row blank. Where a product image comes from the manufacturer’s own catalogue rather than our warehouse, that is noted on the listing.
What we will not do
- We do not sell counterfeits. We stock plain garments only. Nothing here carries a logo, a licensed character or a slogan, so there is no third-party mark on any item we sell. Listings that name another company’s brand are rejected before they reach the site.
- We do not sell a famous brand’s name to describe a different product. If an item is a lookalike or an unbranded alternative, the listing says which manufacturer actually made it and does not imply any connection to the brand it resembles.
- We do not use countdown timers, fake stock warnings or invented “only 2 left” pressure. If the site says something is in stock, our warehouse has it.
- We do not describe our returns as “hassle-free”. Returns take effort on both sides. What we can promise is that the rules are written down in plain language on the Return & Refund Policy page and that we follow them.
How quality control works
Because we do not manufacture, our quality control is about matching what arrives to what was listed. Every inbound shipment is sampled at the warehouse: stock codes are checked against the purchase order, garments are checked for the stated fibre content and construction, and measurements are spot-checked against the size chart on our Size Guide. A batch that fails goes back to the supplier rather than onto the shelf.
If a garment you receive does not match its listing, that is a fault on our side and we pay the return postage. See the returns policy for how that works.
