Returns
You have 30 days from the day the carrier records your parcel as delivered to open a return - not from the day you ordered. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Who pays return postage: BGalz pays when the item arrived faulty, damaged or was not what you ordered. The customer pays the return label when the reason is a change of mind, a size swap or an unwanted gift. There is no restocking fee in either case.
