BGalz accepts PayPal and Visa. That is the complete list – we would rather show two logos we honour than eight we do not.
What you can pay with
PayPal
Pay from a PayPal balance, a linked bank account or a card held in your PayPal wallet. You are taken to PayPal to authorise, then returned here. You do not need a PayPal account to use a card through it.
Visa
Visa credit and debit cards are accepted at checkout. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s own hosted form, not on a BGalz page. We never see, handle or store a full card number – our systems only ever receive a token and the last four digits, which is what appears on your order record.
What appears on your statement
Charges show as BGALZ or BGALZ.COM. If you see a charge you do not recognise from a similar-looking descriptor, it is not us – email support@bgalz.com and we will confirm in writing whether an order exists against your details.
When you are charged
The full amount – merchandise, shipping and the 10% US import duty – is authorised and captured when you place the order, not when it ships. If we cannot fulfil an order after taking payment, we refund it in full within one business day and tell you why.

There are no other fees. No handling charge, no card surcharge, no currency conversion added by us, and nothing to pay the courier on delivery.
Security
Every page on bgalz.com is served over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate – including the ones that do not take any input. Payment authorisation happens on the provider’s infrastructure under their PCI DSS scope, so the card data never touches our server.
Declined payments
A decline is between your bank and the payment provider; we are told only that it failed, never the reason. In practice the common causes are an address mismatch between the billing address you typed and the one your bank holds, an international-transaction block on the card, or an expiry date typed as MM/YY when the form wants MM/YYYY. Trying a second card or paying through PayPal usually clears it.
Refunds
Refunds always go back to the method used to pay. We cannot refund a PayPal order to a card, or a card order to a different card. Timing is on the Return & Refund Policy page.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong with an order, email us first – support@bgalz.com. We can usually resolve it the same day, whereas a chargeback locks the funds for weeks while both sides file paperwork. We respond to every chargeback we receive with the order record, the tracking history and the delivery scan.
