These terms govern your use of bgalz.com and any order you place through it. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who you are contracting with
bgalz.com is operated by BGalz, whose current business address is 2333 E Southern Ave UNIT 1065, Tempe, AZ 85282, United States. Contact: support@bgalz.com, +1 859-555-5321.
BGalz operates this website only. We do not run any other storefront, and any site selling under our name elsewhere is not affiliated with us.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Orders can only be delivered to addresses in the United States.
3. Products and descriptions
We are a reseller of finished garments manufactured by third parties. Each listing names the manufacturer and carries the product’s GTIN.
We describe products as accurately as we can, using specification data supplied by the manufacturer alongside our own copy. Colours vary between screens; a shade that differs from your monitor is not a fault, though it is a valid reason for a change-of-mind return.
Where we sell an item that resembles a well-known brand’s product, the listing states the actual manufacturer and does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with that brand.
4. Prices and currency
All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and import duty, both of which are shown separately before you confirm payment.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item was listed at an obviously wrong price and you have already ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and either honour the order, offer the corrected price, or cancel and refund in full. We will not silently ship a different price than the one you agreed to.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not accept the offer; the contract forms when we dispatch the goods and send a tracking number.
We may decline an order where the item is out of stock, the delivery address is a PO box, an APO/FPO address or a known freight forwarder, the payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud. A declined order is refunded in full within one business day.
6. Payment
We accept PayPal and Visa. The full amount is captured at the time of order. We never store card numbers. See Payment Methods.
7. Shipping, duty and delivery
Orders ship from our warehouse in Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong SAR by FedEx International. Handling is 1 to 2 business days, transit 7 to 12 business days.
US import duty at 10% of the merchandise subtotal is collected at checkout and paid by us to customs. Nothing further is payable on delivery.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspection, extreme weather or carrier disruption, but we will trace, reship or refund as set out on the Shipping & Delivery page.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, not on dispatch. A parcel lost in transit is our problem.
8. Returns
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In summary: 30 days from delivery, by mail with an RMA, no restocking fee, and we pay return postage when the fault is ours.
9. Intellectual property
The BGalz name, site design, original photography and written product copy are ours. Manufacturer product images and specification data remain the property of their respective owners and are used to describe goods offered for sale.
You may not scrape, republish or resell our catalogue content.
10. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
11. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to place fraudulent orders, or to harvest data about other users. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe any of these are happening.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States. Disputes are subject to the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer law of the state you live in.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes are noted by the “last updated” date above.
