Every product page includes a detailed size chart with bust, waist, hip, and length measurements in both inches and centimeters. Compare your measurements to the chart, not your "usual" size — cuts vary by silhouette.
For structured pieces (jackets, ponte dresses, blazers) we generally recommend sizing up. For knits and stretch fabrics, your measured size is usually right. Email us your measurements and the piece you are considering — we will give you an honest fit recommendation.
Yes. Every piece is fit-tested in our Fort Worth studio on real plus size women — sizes 18, 22, and 26 — before it ever lists. The size shown in the photos matches the body shown in the photos.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from our Fort Worth studio. After dispatch, US Standard takes 5–8 business days, US Expedited takes 2–4 business days.
Free US Standard shipping on orders over $75 — fully tracked and insured. Smaller orders ship at a flat rate displayed at checkout.
Yes — every order ships with tracking. The shipping confirmation email contains a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier. You can also check status any time inside My Account.
Garment Care
Care instructions are printed on every garment label. As a general rule, machine-wash in cold water on the gentle cycle, avoid bleach, and lay flat or hang to dry to preserve color, shape, and stretch.
We pre-wash and test for shrinkage on every fabric before listing. If you wash cold and avoid the dryer, your pieces will hold their shape. Hot water and tumble-drying are the most common cause of shrinkage on natural fibers.
Yes — formal gowns, structured outerwear, and sequined pieces are best dry-cleaned. The label of each piece notes the recommended cleaning method.
Payment
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All checkout options are visible at the payment step.
Yes. The entire site runs on SSL (256-bit encryption) and we never store full card numbers. All transactions are processed through certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
Yes — digital gift cards are delivered instantly by email and never expire. They can be redeemed against any product on the store.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, on items that are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags. Full conditions are on our Shipping & Return Policy page.
Please contact us at diva@bgalz.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will cover all shipping costs and send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Email diva@bgalz.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. We will email you a Return Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid label, usually within 1 business day.
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the funds.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or otherwise altered.
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces.
- Intimates, bodysuits, and swimwear once tags or hygiene seals are removed.
- Pierced jewelry (for example, earrings).
- Final-sale and clearance items, gift cards.
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
